Bigos with mushrooms and plums

A festive bigos made from organic sauerkraut and white cabbage, slowly stewed with pork, smoked bacon, sausage, dried mushrooms and plums. The long cooking brings all the ingredients together into a deep, aromatic flavour with notes of smoke, fruity sweetness and warming spices.

A classic Polish dish in a premium version - hearty, warming and full of traditional aromas. Perfect for the Christmas Eve table and for the days that follow, when it tastes even better.
