Christmas Eve cabbage with mushrooms - a classic of the festive table

Cabbage with mushrooms is one of the most traditional Christmas dishes, and it's hard to imagine a Christmas Eve table without it. Made with sauerkraut, aromatic dried mushrooms, onion and a little honey, it stands out for its depth of flavour and the simplicity of a recipe handed down through generations.

Gently stewed, full of the aroma of the forest and Christmas tradition, it goes perfectly with dumplings, small pâté pastries and fish. A dish that brings generations together and creates a special atmosphere around the family table.
